Won't You Be My Neighbor?
On Saturday, on our way to the Vancouver Market, we got a call from Tom's daughter, Stacy, and her new husband, Eric. They had found a house they really liked and wanted us to come see it. It was a nice townhouse, a perfect starter home for the expecting couple:



But, as we were literally standing in the house talking about them making an offer, the realtor got a call saying it was sold! So, we actually walked just around the block to see another foreclosed house in the neighborhood that was for sale:
